The information we require is the following: the participant’s full name, date of birth, gender, mailing address, telephone number, next of kin,  emergency telephone number, email address and any medical conditions/medical papers proving good health.

We will also require the participant’s bank details so that we can process his/her/their application. All transactions are carried out in a safe environment using the most up-to-date security technology to safeguard participants. We are completely committed to ensuring privacy and using any information provided to us entirely for the purpose of processing the participant’s order. We do not gather or retain personal information about Swimming Cruise participants unless we are given permission to do so.

The above information is only used to process the bookings of Swimming Cruise participants and for no other objective whatsoever. We will keep the participant’s email on our database so that we can communicate ahead of the Swimming Cruise and later for sending any other useful information relevant to the swimming holiday. The latter information will consist solely of offers on future Swimming Cruise trips and related material. Participants can choose not to receive such information by notifying the Swimming Cruise.
