This itinerary is designed to provide flexibility for all participants. You are welcome to swim less or more, depending on your preference. If you ever feel like taking a break or not swimming at all, you’re welcome to relax on the boat. It’s your holiday, and there is absolutely no pressure to join any swim sessions.
Day 1: Welcome to Aliki, Paros
Your swimming adventure begins at the charming village of Aliki in Paros, where we’ll gather for an engaging weekly briefing. As evening approaches, relax at Angeliki Hotel Lounge Bar, soaking up the laid-back ambience.
For those arriving earlier in the day, take the opportunity to explore the charming alleys of Paros—they’re definitely worth the visit.
Please note: Exact meet-up time will be communicated via email two days prior to the event (around 19:00)
Every day on this trip will involve 9–10 hours of activities, except Friday, which will be a shorter day of 6–7 hours. Whether you’re an avid swimmer or prefer a leisurely pace, the journey is yours to tailor. Feel free to skip a swim or spend more time on board – there’s absolutely no pressure, at any point of your experience.
Day 2: Antiparos & Marine Grotto Exploration
Our day starts with a visit to St. George on Antiparos, where we’ll dive into the turquoise waters near Tsimintiri islet for our first 1.5 km swim session, complete with underwater video analysis. We will refuel with a delicious lunch at the famous Pipinos taverna – this is optional but highly recommended. In the afternoon, enjoy a second 1.5 km swim by the dramatic white cliffs of the marine grotto. We’ll return to Aliki by sunset.
Day 3: Antiparos Naturist Beach & Charming Alleys
We’ll pass by the vibrant kitesurfing hub of Pounta, heading toward Fira, a small islet with shallow waters and soft white sand. After a refreshing 2 km swim, we’ll explore the enchanting streets of Antiparos Town. Lunch is flexible, with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. We’ll head back to Aliki in the late afternoon.
Day 4: Island-Hopping Between Paros & Antiparos
Discover three charming islets! Glaropounta, Tigani, and Pantelonis, which are snuggled between Paros and Antiparos. Our 3.5 km swim will weave through these idyllic spots, with underwater video recordings capturing your exciting progress. Afterward, unwind at Soros Beach over a rewarding lunch before returning to Aliki.
Day 5: A Long Swim Above History in Iraklia
An early start takes us to Iraklia, a serene and beautiful Cycladic island. This longer voyage includes snacks and drinks on board, but packing a lunch box is advisable if you have a big appetite. Our 2.5 km swim explores the submerged wreckage of a WWII airplane near Alimias Beach – a truly unforgettable experience. We’ll return to Aliki in the evening.
Day 6: Despotiko & Stunning Antiparos Beaches
Sail to Despotiko, a secluded islet, and nearby Strongyli for our morning 1.5 km swim. Lunch will likely be back at Pipinos in St. George, Antiparos. In the afternoon, swim another 1.5 km at the serene Faneromeni Beach. Relax with gorgeous views and sea spritz on the return journey to Aliki.
To close the day properly, we have a special Sunset Boat Party!
Unwind with music, refreshing drinks, and great company as we sail into the golden hour, making unforgettable memories before the final day.
